Barbara Lynn at Sea Girt is a 60 Unit, two story garden apartment complex spread over four buildings.  It was built in the 1960’s and the same family has owned and managed the property since then. Unfortunately for Barbara Lynn at Sea Girt, they did not have any existing web presence for their residential housing. This led to old school methods for business related tasks, such as listing their vacant units in the local newspaper and only accepting customer requests for more information over the phone. 

We at KindTech were delighted to take on the project of building out Barbara Lynn at Sea Girt’s fully functional website. WordPress was chosen as a suitable CMS (Content Management System), bundled with a responsive theme that allows all device types to easily browse and navigate the website. In terms of design, the overall look and feel was customized to encapsulate the client’s desired layout. A form was added for patrons to easily contact management staff, along with a Google Maps widget to pinpoint where the property resides. Other features included a photo carousel and floor plans to showcase the property. Security concerns are handled by Wordfence, a plugin to help prevent the website from being infected with malicious/spam code.

The results were more than satisfying. With the new website online and properly configured with Google SEO, patrons are able to find Barbara Lynn at Sea Girt without running into competing residential properties. Our client was pleased with the “beachy” look and feel encapsulated by the design aspects chosen. Adding and editing content is easier than ever with the added Collibri page editor. By far, the new website will be a huge improvement for Barbara Lynn at Sea Girt!
